Team Registration Requirements
High School deadline: 12/15/2011   •   Middle School deadline: 1/15/2012
All steps below MUST be complete for your registration to be accepted.

1.) Register online. Each team must create a new account each year.

2.) Send a check for $150 per team to:

** The forms above are in pdf format. To fill out the form, open the file, place your cursor on a line and type in the information. The tab key will jump to the next line. When you are done, print out the page, add the signature and date, and mail the forms along with payment to the MN Academy of Science. If you close the file, your text will NOT be saved.


In order for registration to be final, the on-line registration must be completed and all forms and payment received by the Minnesota Academy of Science by the deadline (High School event: 12/15/2011, Middle School event: 1/15/2012).
